Where do you work?
Pilar works from Sant Cugat del Vallès, in Barcelona and all over Catalonia. On the website you'll find farmhouse estates in Girona and in the heart of Catalonia, but it's not a closed list: if you have another place in mind, we'll plan the wedding there, and if you don't have one yet, Pilar will suggest venues that suit you.
What is the 3D render of the wedding and how much does it cost?
It's a photorealistic image of your wedding set up at the chosen venue: the ceremony, the tables, the flowers and the light. It lets you see the wedding before you approve it, and change anything that doesn't feel right on the image itself. It's included in every service: there's no extra charge.
How much does it cost to plan our wedding with Pilove Wedding?
Every wedding is different: it depends on the guests, the venue, the date and how much you'd like to hand over. That's why we prepare a tailored quote. With the assistant you tell us all of this, along with a rough budget, and Pilar replies with a proposal.
How far in advance should we start?
The sooner, the more choice of venue and date, especially in spring and September. Most couples start a year to eighteen months ahead. If you have less time, tell us your date and we'll see what's possible.
Can we choose our own suppliers?
Yes. We'll recommend suppliers we trust and who are easy to work with, but if you already have your own, we'll work with them and coordinate them just the same.
What kinds of ceremonies do you plan?
Civil, religious and symbolic ceremonies, and vow renewals. We help you with the practical side of each one and with the design of the space where it takes place.
What if it rains?
Every venue has a covered plan B, and we have it ready from the start: where each part of the day goes if the weather doesn't play along. That way the day doesn't depend on the sky.
How do we get started?
With the assistant: a few questions, about 3 minutes, and Pilar receives your proposal. A summary lands in your inbox and Pilar writes to you to get to know you. If you prefer, write to us from the Contact page.
Do you plan intimate weddings and weekend weddings?
Yes. From intimate weddings with your closest people to celebrations lasting a whole weekend, with guests staying on the same estate. The assistant asks what kind of wedding you have in mind, so we can start from there.
Do we need to have a venue already to see our wedding in 3D?
No. If you don't have one yet, Pilar will help you choose it. The render is prepared once the venue and the décor idea are settled, and it's adjusted until you love it.
What happens after we complete the assistant?
You receive your wedding summary by email, with a link to come back to it or share it. Pilar reads your answers and will write to you very soon to get to know you and talk about your wedding.
Do you also take care of the wedding day itself?
Yes. In all three services Pilar is at your wedding from start to finish: she coordinates the suppliers, follows the running order and handles anything unexpected, so all you have to do is enjoy it.
