What a 3D render is
A render is a computer-generated image created from a three-dimensional model. For a wedding, that model is your venue: the farmhouse, the garden or the hall, with its dimensions, its materials and its light. The décor is then set up on it: the ceremony, the tables, the flowers, the lighting. The result is a photorealistic image of how your wedding will look, seen from where your guests will experience it.
Why it helps you decide
Almost every décor decision is made without seeing it: the colour of the tablecloths, the height of a centrepiece, how the tables are arranged. By the time you finally see them, on the wedding day, they can no longer be changed. With a render, those decisions are made with the image in front of you. If a colour doesn't work with the farmhouse stone, or the tables are too close together, it's changed on the image.
What you can see in a render
- The ceremony: the altar or arch, the seating layout and the aisle.
- The dinner: the shape and layout of the tables, the linen, the centrepieces and the lighting.
- The party: the bar, the dance floor and the night-time lighting.
- The details: the stationery, the seating plan, the lounge areas.
How it's done
First, Pilar designs the décor proposal with you: style, colours, flowers and layout. Then the venue is modelled in 3D with its real architecture, and the proposal is set up inside it. We show you the images, change whatever is needed and, once you love it, it goes to each supplier exactly as it is.
Why almost no one offers it
A photorealistic render takes a different craft from event planning: modelling spaces, materials and light. That's why, of the twenty Barcelona wedding planners we studied, only one mentions renders, and none of them shows any. At Pilove Wedding, it's included in every service.
